Have the 640 in my engine with the quicker ratio rocker arms, it's not violent at 10.4-1 but overall a good street manor cam. Seems to pull out of 2500 ok but have a little more stroke than the 113, the 640 is a keeper for me. Was at 10.8-1 and it comes to life stupidly so you should benefit from it's design plus hopefully keep the street manors it offers with the Miki 45

It's 4.5 so you should be fine, figured you was at 4 1/4 with the 113

Well the verdict is in ...... the 640 s&s may not hit as hard but man does it carry. Comes on 3k signs off 6500 wow.
My 9b hit hard but was 3k- 4k and done kinda like the 211 cans on the twinkie
Absolutely no reverb from the exhaust like I was getting from the woods carb 1500 rpm-3k. I think this is the winner.

My engines extra cubes most likely helps out some below 3000 but about the same because it just keeps stretching the forks and lowered my rev limiter to 6000 to make myself shift earlier. Street manors are awesome for a high lift big duration cam, really like it.

When the engine was at 10.8-1, left the Ultima 268 that comes with it in per John Sachs wisdom, it was really stupid and realized the brake ratio to slow down was screaming danger but it was a heat monster. Ran 10.8-1 with the 640 for a while until having the valve seat issue and pulled the compression back leaving the 640 in and not going to change a thing.
