You can buy a set of "extended reach" bars from HD for pretty cheap that should do the trick. That's what I did for my Road King. Just look up the P/N in the accessories catalog. I was shocked at the price. I think I paid about $40 for mine. Some of those tractor looking handlebars will cost a couple Benjamins or more.
Now if you get the HD bars, you'll cuss me for about 3 days until you get used to them. After that, you'll want to buy me beer every time you see me. They do make a difference.
Ok, Racepress. Yes, think I saw a set of Super Glide bars that were pretty close, but would not fit the fairing width.

I'll get measurements when/If I locate those bars... when you say fairing width...you confuse me... as the Fairing accepts fairly Wide bars... much wider bars than SuperGlide... the Mounting part is where yours need to be Wide... the "flat" section...
