After a fruitless search for bars that suited me, decided to modify the stock 98 Ultra bars. So....back to my awesome machinist friend Jack in Jefferson, Tx.
Pics include before and after, welding and cool-down. Jack turned 2" long pins that force fit ID of bars for setup after I cut with die grinder. Jack did the Tig welding. Was able to hang cables and wires out of the way without removing grips and control switches. Very comfortable to me after mod. $ spent-- $0.
