If that's a 39 mm front end I would start with 8 and 1/2 ounces dry in each leg and E (10 weight) fork oil. It looks like a wide glide front end.. I personally like a firmer feel. I use 20 weight..

Update.. I found this in another thread you just need to know what front end you have.. I believe the chart to be accurate... I'm thinking you have a wide glide front end, from your pics...

"Dry fork requires .5 to 1.0oz more than the wet amount due to residual oil left clinging inside the fork." Use 20 weight for average conditions. For extreme conditions use 10 weight or 30 weight accordingly."

-WET: Means you just drained the oil out of the plug and want to refill it.

-DRY: Means you dissassembled the forks and cleaned them dry inside/out.

Great^

I like heavier weight oil even though I only weigh 160. It helps with the front end dive or bouncing

I will go with the heavier weight being i'm heavier then average.

Great post. I've had them hanging from the shop ceiling well over a month, dripping ever so slowly. Probably going with 10.7 oz each, sorta split the difference.
