Happy Thanksgiving
Happy (late) Thanksgiving, Evoistas!
Had 24 for dinner yesterday. Made two birds on two grills. Came out lovely.
(If you've never made a turkey on a charcoal grill, I highly recommend it. Easiest thing ever, and they come out looking like they are from a Norman Rockwell painting.)
Winter is truly on us today, so no chance to slip away for a ride. Just have to keep myself warm with thoughts of spring and future Evoing.

Ok by now you all ought to be fat bastards and tired of turkey anything.
