I have better luck finding someone local to make them...visit a hotrod shop and ask who they use. I think my last set were made by Russel.

For all three (brake lines, throttle, clutch), my $0.02 is to take some flexible tubing and mock up exactly where you want them to run, then go from there.

On the brake lines, the OEM lines can be re-worked by a hydraulic shop, if you get the measurements from above. The alternative is to go with something like Russell or Goodridge and piece a system together from components:

Clutch and throttle can be ordered directly from Barnett. Just give them the measurements you get from the tubing, and they'll take it from there.

You can also make the brake lines you need buy measuring what you need and order everything from Drag Specialties;
I use either Russel or Goodridge brake lines and connectors.
You will need a couple of line wrenches to tighten up the connections.

Try Burley. They have lots of kits.

List kits for your year of bike and heard they use Barnett cables, also have brake line kits. May have to call them to just get the cable and brake kits since you have handlebars but the cable kits may be listed somewhere on the website.

LA Choppers would also be able to fill your needs.

If you want to buy the cables individually +12 will give you some wiggle room, +10 will work but the 2" free's up some routing issues.
