As for your RWD I highly doubt you will find any difference.
The only difference I've found is with cold starts.
Understood... Our RWD is kinda a fickle Bitch... But... at one time we did gain a Couple tenths with a complicated list of components... Including Beru Plugs, Nology Wires, some crazy MSD stuff with yet a Different Pick-up...which I honestly don't remember the Pick-up!!!!
this on a Dual Plugged, highly modified little [75 inches] Sportster....Only worth it if you really need them Tenths...We Did!!!!

SE heads have massive spring pressure and kinda of low lift ability compared to modern beehives, the spring pressure can prematurely wear lifters and valve seals are known to be junk. The raised port design can create a early torque dip in a basic engine.
Raises compression with a simple bolt on, port design in the right hands can create one good running machine in the mid and upper rpm's, larger valves already present plus bathtub design is considered efficient.

The head porter I use (Sachs) wanted my stock heads saying they work better in lower areas of rpm and sell the SE's which I did.

I went from a Screamin Eagle ignition to a Dyna 2000, after engine work done the cold starts were a pain in the ***, after installing the Dyna 2000, it would fire right up, it also added some throttle response, woke the engine right up.
