The ground side of the Voes, is it just wired to any suitable ground?
Doesn't have to go back to battery or any where in particular?

I found it disconnected today, when I was playing about, probably accidently disconnected it from somewhere myself.

Mine is grounded to the horn/upper mount bracket

 

Any suitable ground. For instance my is wired to the top motor mount bolt
