Default Speedometer Question
Will a 2001 Springer softail Speedometer work on a 1998 fatboy, if i bought the aftermarket harness adapter ?

Should work.....with the adapter. Speedometers from 2004-up certainly won’t work as they went to a canbus system.

Are the ratio the same on all softails so that a speedo from a Softail custom will show the correct speed on a Fatboy?
Or is the difference in ratios only between Dyna and Softails or Touring and Softails?
