One thing that you do want to be aware of is that they are not waterproof. You can get them "sealed" but Speedhut doesn't guarantee anything. When you place your order, let them know its for a motorcycle and you would like it sealed. They will shorten the length of the transmitter cable too. I left my bike out in a heavy rain and it did get cloudy for a couple days with condensation. It burned off in the sun and didn't leave any residue nor did it affect performance. I've ridden in the rain several times and I never had a problem with water getting in it though.
