Default Inner primary broke

My buddy has 1994 bagger that he put a S&S 124 in and he just broke his second inner primary and it is now leaking oil again. Any ideas on how to cure the problem? It already has a race brace on the right side and new rubber mounts. He rides very hard and shows it no mercy. Hasn't took it apart yet so I'm not sure where it broke yet but seems to be in the front since that's where it is leaking. He's leaning towards open belt thinking that will stop the oil from leaking since it won't have any. LOL We can't find a heavy duty inner so guessing nobody makes such a thing.

Any suggestions or opinions?

Some stupidity can't be fixed. Ever noticed that race drivers start the drive with new stuff ever race.

if you drive it like you stole it, it's not going to last long.

Now if it's just leaking oil because someone is a sorry mechanic, now that is different.

Beating on expensive stuff is an expensive habit. If you’re gonna play you’re gonna pay.

Sounds to me like an alignment issue between the transmission and motor. My 2 cents.

Are you making sure that transmission is loose when attaching the inner? If not there are definitely going to be alignment issues that can lead to cracks and leaks.

I would bet his problem is improper installation...not his badass motor...
