I have a 1992 FXR that I'm putting together with a Baker OD6 Transmission. With the spacer that came in the builder kit and the chain sprocket in place there is still a gap between the two even when the main shaft nut is all the way down. Baker provides two spacers but no measurements for them on the website. Pt# 33344-94S is 0.600'' in width and I have currently have, and Pt#33334-85B that I don't know the width of. I called Baker already but they couldn't give me an answer because they didn't have someone in to get the measurement. Most likely covid19 having people work from outside the shop. So if anyone has the width of Baker's sprocket/pulley spacer, Pt#33334-85B, it would be much appreciated.
I run a chain drive on my softail as well. I run a dished rear sprocket and a offset trans sprocket from pbi. There were no kits back when I did it and had to just pick up parts to see what fit.
Yeah the sprocket I have has a 1/2'' offset, it came in a kit from FXR Division with the matching rear sprocket. I guess Baker's two spacers are for either a sprocket or pulley drive. They just don't specify the sizes and which ones for a sprocket or pulley.
