Looks familiar. Around 5 years ago I lost mine going down the long hill south of deadwood on 385, limped it into Sturgis where J&P had the parts and got me back on the road again. Glad there were no injuries or sever damage.
The caliper bolts on mine were well and truly frozen. Crazy frozen. Nothing worked. Took it next door to Mark at the bike shop and had him give them a go. No luck.
Screw it. Got a cheapo eBay caliper. That, plus the bracket from Beemervet and it all came together. Put a rebuild kit in the caliper, new pads, even got new whatever you call those rubber gubbins that the pins slide in. And fancy new polished stainless bolts.
I am Afraid of Stainless fasteners...especially in that location... Not generally Hard enough..
I know there is a thing called hardened stainless... but I would only trust fastener companies here in USA
