Was thinking about putting an RK style headlight nacelle on my 93 Heritage Classic. Is this a straightforward pull one off and bolt the other directly in its place? Or am I setting myself for a $500 odyssey with all kinds of aftermarket kits and fabricating nightmares? Anybody here actually done it?
Don't think it would be a direct swap ... I think the triple trees are different between the two bikes ... the Road King nacelle attaches to the triple trees ... but then again this wouldn't be the first time I was wrong
Thanks for the info guys. The kits sure are nice but they sure aren't $450 nice! I think I'll just wait awhile and see if one might swim my way in the future.
