A buddy of my across the country is looking for his first Harley and sent me a pic of the only pic on marketplace. He driving a few hours away and says the lady selling said its a 99 or a 00 she has to find the title. To me from what I can make out in the pic Im going 99 as it looks like an evo from what I can see but Im no expert. Any opinions. Thanks guys.
