Tappet Block Alignment Tool
When I asked about this, I was warned not to use much torque when installing the alignment tool(s), as you risk breaking off or cracking the corner of the block.
The taper of the 1/4-20 screw head could cause the same problem. The alignment tool sticks up high enough to use your fingers to install it. I didn't use any kind of wrench.
All you're doing is locating the block in the right place with the tool or screw, until you can install a couple of the four bolts that hold it down.
I was also advised to use blue loctite to keep the bolts from loosening up again.
