My FXR has these acorn shaped nuts here and there. Mirror, saddle bag bars, chrome side covers. Trouble is the locations aren't consistent so I tend to believe that a former owner added them. For instance, only one mirror is secured with an acorn nut. Are these original or aftermarket, and what is a good source for them?
Fuhgeddaboudit, I just went through that bs. They are after market and I just paid $10 for 2 of them. Home Depot and lowes didn’t have them so I had to go buy em on line. You can try the references brakeless just put up, I had no luck locally.
