I will second the stainless steel. No more rust. If needed a quick touch of mothers polish or NevRdull and they are good as new.

But I admit, it's been awhile since I had to go back polish my nuts.

Amazon has so many choices I couldn’t pick you a link. On my old chopper I even replaced some bolts with a stud and an acorn nut.
