Default Its alive!!

First start today after 10:1 pistons / EV27 cam install all because of a pesky base gasket leak . Had to set the Hi4n to single fire, it wasn't happy with the multi fire option, but once that got sorted, she fired right up.

Have to sort out an oil leak from the top of the front pushrod tube, but other than that, the rebuild seemed to have come together nicely. Should be nice to have some extra pep over the stock 93 engine.

Thanks guys. Always feels good when the bike starts and runs the way it should. Turns out the I pinched the upper oring on the front pushrod tube, quick fix. Onto rebuilding the master cylinder now.

Here is a quick idle video while i was breaking in the rings.

Not sure if that video has audio for some reason.

Now I am hoping that someone can help me out with what part I need. This master is aftermarket, but I don't know anything other than that. This isn't the components that I expected to see. The banjo bolt is 12mm and I am assuming that its an 11/16 bore. Hoping that someone knows what kit I need to rebuild this thing. I'd prefer not to have to spring for a new master. Doing some research its starting to look like this master is from a single caliper bike. Bore is 5/8".

Congrats, dude! I'll be starting mine up, today. I had a bottom end issue that unexpectedly turned into a rebuild. Sounds like it's similar to yours - ev27 and 10:1 wisecos.

I've always had better luck with the stock OEM stuff when rebuilding the m/c's on my scoots over the years.

So far so good. Master got rebuilt, bled the brakes for about 2 days straight until I realized the banjo bolt gasket at the master was leaking. new copper ones solved that. Bike runs real strong now. Just starting to open her up a bit with about 150 miles since the rebuild. Feels so much better than the dog that it was!
