Default 1995 Fatboy Blinker Issues

Blinkers stay on and don’t flash. Has new bulbs in it. Does this bike have a lighting control module on it? Was told it was under rear fender but it’s not there

You have all the bulbs in it front and rear? and they are regular incandescent bulbs and not LEDs?

It does have a module, and it does have a fairly common failure rate especially with the age of it. There is an aftermarket module made by badlands (or something like that). It is not plug and play but has a good reputation. Not sure on the fatboy, but my (dyna) module is under the seat attached to the front of the rear fender. Happy hunting. The factory manual has a testing and trouble shooting section on the factory module.

My '93 module is under the dash. I had to remove the tanks to get to it.

Both my '94 FXSTC and '95 FLSTC have the turn signal module under the dash.
