I guess you have a 1995 FLHTCUI.
The unit with the TWO lines from tank. Magneti Marelli fuel injection.
Consider review of Goodridge brand HDFL005.
They are available from multiple sources
The price for both fuel lines is less than HD, the lines are of good quality and are also serviceable.
Note: They are silver braided and not black.
Below is a link for a Harley parts finder that will help you in future part identification.

Here is another link for summit racing showing in stock. Double check what you have and what you need since sometimes folks change things through the years.

If leaking from the tank bung locations, then need to replace some O rings.

There is the bronze check valves that have O rings between them and the top of bung ( they thread into the upper bungs first and make sure they are Teflon doped), then the lower house fitting has O rings on them to seal against the bottom of the check valves.

As for removing the slotted check valves, I just ground down the back end of a spoon to fit the slots, and makes short work of removing them as needed.

As for the braided fuel lines when I need to pull the tank, will leave the check valves and upper fittings still in the tank , and just remove the lower C clip to drop the lines out against the upper nipple fittings. Before you reinstall the hoses to the upper bung fittings, use some dielectric (silicone grease) on the O rings to re-grease them before pushing the hose fitting back up on the nipple pieces and retaining them with the C clips. Also, you can play the re-bend C clip a few times, but pick up some extra's as they become weak, and not long able to hold an inward bend after being reinstalled.

Default Update

Ordered new lines through summit racing, the spoon trick worked great for removing check valve from the tank. Got it all back together and I'm pretty happy with this. No leaks! Thanks everyone for all your help and advise.
