I have no power. No lights, horn, ignition, nothin. New battery. Got bike from cousin hen thought it just needed battery. Need some help as im not familiar with this bike.

What bike is it? Check the main breaker, probably under the seat, but WHAT BIKE IS IT? Also, check the ground wire. Check the voltage between the battery + and the engine block with your volt meter.

1993 heritage classic. Battery cables are seem good no corrosion

Alot of bikes have a second wire on the battery pos, might want to check that

I don't have a voltmeter wish I did. Went on a forced vacation for a long time lost all tools.

This is going to be pretty difficult to fix without any tools. I suggest taking it to someone else to fix.

Remove the dash panel, check all the connections on the ignition switch and circuit breakers.

Also check the wires at the main breaker (it is on the rear fender extension), and the wire connection at the starter motor

If there is nothing obviously wrong, you will need to buy a cheapie multimeter.

harbor freight has a multimeter that costs only about $5. That will work as good as anything for what you need it to do.
