What constitutes a Tune Up?

I sorta think of it as a bike "service" rather than a "tune up".

To me there are two things you do on a vehicle, a Service which involves changing the fluids and those components associated with the fluids like oil filter, and a Tune Up - the thing that makes the vehicle run properly and involves the hardware as has been described above. At least that is what it was when vehicles were vehicles and not mobile computers

I'm putting a new exhaust and air cleaner on the bike this Saturday morning - I believe that will necessitate a "Tune Up", so I wanted to make sure I knew what I should expect, especially as I will be helping out with the installations

The close the only dealership around here that would be happy to work on my 26 year old EVO. The dealerships that are left do not even know what an EVO is.
