I have both the dynatek and ultima ignitions. Aside from the ignition curves they have preprogrammed, theyre the same. Wire colors, appearance, and even the programming cable are the same.

The ultima advance curves come up faster than dynatek.
Then there is the programming of custom curves if you can find a cable. There was a guy who made affordable USB programming cables, but he stopped making/selling them about a year or two ago.
