It slipped with the spiral style extractor. The fluted style allowed me to use a deep socket to really apply torque.
Correct me if Im wrong but that NPT fitting is supposed to be tapered? The fitting I removed was a euro style non tapered.
I plugged the other end to prevent shavings from getting into the cam chest.
