Most states do not care about engine serial numbers, and don`t even record them on the title or registration.
There is no requirement that the VIN match the engine serial number.

There's another guy on here that just bought his first Harley and he thinks he has issues with it running funny and he posted a video of how it runs and I honestly believe that there's motor work done to it, not stock therefore he has no issues so I told him he should just ride it and enjoy it..
But I don't mind tinkering. I'll give you 5 space bucks if you turn out to be correct.
I live in Romania, Europe, there is no need to match.
