Finding the OEM stuff will require a bit of digging and searching.
Why a whole set ?
Saw a speedo and volt gauge on ebay a bit pricey but there.
Try doing a search with 1996 Harley Davidson FLHT gauges for sale.
Some folks have gone with Dakota Digital for gauges

I've purchased used parts from Pinwall cycle salvage and haven't been disappointed. They are very accurate with their descriptions and photos. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them.
