Hey guys. I saw at the cycle shop the various quick release passenger backrests, but I was wondering if anyone knew if there is something similar that integrates the passenger seat with the backrest bracket that's quick release, and if there's a kit for the quick release mounting hardware for a '94 Fatboy? It would be nice to single seat it most of the time, but have a quick way to pop on the seat and backrest in case I want to carry any passengers or some luggage for that matter.
You can adapt twinkie stuff on to these. 89 with 06 seat, bags, tourpack with quick release, fenders, swingarm, rear wheel and brake, and exhaust.
Still mad I had to get rid of it.
I am mad for you as well! Always sucks to get rid of a loved bike. Can you tell me what is involved with the adaptation? If it's just drilling a couple extra holes, no problem. If I have to rework my whole rear subframe eeehh
Ok finally got some time to take the seat off and snap some pics. Not sure if this is the actual proper seat for this bike, and the rear is bolted to the front. The front has thumb screws on the sides to secure it, but there is no place on the frame in which to screw them.

Remove this on both sides, then see if your thumbscrews line up with the holes.

Welp. The thumbscrews deo line up, but the hole diameter is way way too big for the thumbscrews. We're talking 1/4" screws and a 1/2" hole. Leads me to believe this seat is made for a completely different model and PO just forced this seat to work. The search continues!
