I asked him about that… says pointless with a Harley.. that’s what power is for lol. He does have really nice light wheels on them. He runs 130 on a 18” rim too.

So today I finally got out to check out how the tire hooks up.. I did 2 test hits on my Dragy up to 100 mph and did not dump the clutch off the line because I wasn't sure how well it would go.. Much to my surprise I never spun coming off the line (that never happened before) and I believe I was at 3000 RPM..
My 60' time was terrible @ 1.87 seconds but I'm afraid to do a hard hole shot till I get used to the tire.. I will say this though when I power shifted into second gear that heavy bike pulled the wheel about 6" of the ground..
I was happy with my 1/8 mile run of 7.74@91mph.. Not bad for a 97" Evo Fatboy with a Softail Deuce front end.. I had to let of because my back end was all over the place (death wobble) and got worse when I let off..
I think I damaged my wheel bearings when I tried to dismount the ole Metzeler.. I ordered new bearings from Boss Bearings in North Carolina.. Supposed to be all American bearings.. I have 2000 up wheels that take the 9267 bearing..
I can also feel a slight wobble when just cruising between 60 and 70.. The back end literally goes left and right.. Almost like riding Tar-Snakes but only feel it in the rear..
A bad bearing can cause a wobble right,?
Once I get used to coming off the line I'm sure that number will be low 7's maybe even better.. I would like to see 100 mph in the 1/8 mile..
Today's temp was 50°..

Yep R2M is correct drop at least 10 psi I would even experiment with less. I ran like 15 psi.

it was a .10 over 10:25 CR, Hillside heads, W6, Dyna 2000, Super E with a Fat cat, Open belt good for 90/90

I typically ran 18-20 psi in my 140 AM18. Just fooling around with my softy to see if I can hook I dropped the storm Avon tire to about 24. Personally I’d drop to about 24 and get used to that… than after you get a feeling, try it lower. There is a point of no return and I have broken tire needs before… not good at 4500-5000 launch.

The Co is "American Owned" as the Red,White and Blue logo says ... doubtful the bearings are American Made

Little update.. The Stealth D did not work out.. The wobble was way too severe.. I sent it back and hopefully I'll get a refund.. Yesterday I mounted up a Michelin Commander II and today I got to put some miles on it.. Night and day difference and handles very well in the twisties, very solid feel.. Maybe this week or next weekend I'll be able to open it up and do a test hit.. Never went over 70 today but was very smooth.. Progress...
