I think your timing is off.. very late.. I don't see any color change on the ground strap . Make sure your VOES switch is working.

Bad exhaust valve seal? A little bit of reversion, blows oil back off the valve into the combustion chamber and it sticks/burns on the porcelain?
You could pull the exhaust pipe to see if oil is trickling down the valve after sitting..

We feel its the shape of the cusbustion chamber as well as the plug timing - the shelf is a squish but a blocker as well
indexing the plugs ( timing ) helps as the aim location is in play - the idea of indexing plugs is to be straight at the center of the cusbustion so the blow is even in what the plug sees - to know how an engine swells combustion is really not necessary for a street machine even a hi performance one as its using the **** gas we buy anyway
if that is your only issue be happy go ride it till it wears out completely - but you could buy a set is indexing washers and play the game - in my engine this is what fixed that issue - you will not see anything when done but the time spent and the cost of the washers - its a real race thing and does it matter we never seen anything on the dyno that said yea do that - street machine
