95 Electraglide with 72,000 onit. Just rebuilt the top end. Thought I had a wristpin or skirt knocking, turned out to be carbon build up on piston hitting the head. Could have cleaned up & re-ringed and been good to go but I wanted a little more grunt so I did a little extra. Pistons, valves, cam, etc. Evo's are almost bullet proof.
Gone through a couple of speedos, but my 1985 FXWG has over 150,000 miles, and the only major work that was done to the bike was we did a top end at 70,000 and put in a clutch because when my dad owned it, he pulled a trailer. The bike still runs like a champ.
1994 FLHTP (Old Funeral Escort Bike), was in service for escort from 1994-2003, during that time I put almost 70k on it riding funerals, once retired from service I repainted it, and de-policed it. Also, before being retired from escort service, it was taken into the local dealer ship for a frame swap, due to running year around in snow and ice (with a side car), the back of the frame was rusting out, harley cut the gooseneck out of the old frame and sent it back to Harley and they restamped a new frame with the original serial #. besides that the top end was done once at around 60k.Bike now has about 90k on it, runs great and gets alot of saddle time.

RE: Year and Mileage
My 84 FXST, with kick start and 4 speedhas36,286 orig miles. All stock with the exception of shaved heads and drag pipes. Runs like a Timex watch and requires nothing except timely servicing using good fluidsand filters.
I am the second owner of my 1985 FXEF, sold new at a UK dealership in February that year.
Bought it with 15,000 on the clock in early 1992.
Now has 87,000 miles up.
Had one rebore/top end refresh. Bitch of a year two summers ago with oil in the combustion chamber (rebore time), failed ignition module and a few other things. But I got through it......and this year despite an appalling UK 'summer' and my work awaying from home every week, have managed 4,500 miles and not laid a spanner on it.
Kickstart only and with handshift/foot-clutch conversion.
