No Evo came from factory like that. 5/16' button head with blue lock patch or 242 is the prescription.

Maybe someone just couldn't stand the thought of no lock washer.

I think I found it...My Eyesight is Off... 3/8 counter sunk...Not all Rotors are Flat..I have more than a couple here with counter sunk rotor Fasteners.. I will peruse the Parts Fiche..maybe find those Locking washers...

@t150vej I never thought there was much difference in Shovelhead vs Evo rotors.....certainly Not Early ones..But..I do Not pay that close attention...Mix and Match at my place..

Yes...Correct...I just noticed, depending on the Caliper..some FXR's and I bet others, used those CounterSunk fasteners.. Heads flush with Rotor Surface..

The only time I ever seen counter song screws for the front rotors were with aftermarket rotors and I even had one on my Fatboy.. The rim was aftermarket that had a wider hub.. It was a large spoke 18" rim where I had to use a rotor that had a quarter inch offset on it and that had the countersunk screws..

Dual Disk and Pie Slice caliper applications into the late '70's. On into the '80's on FXR's at least
But... What 3/8 Countersunk Rotor Bolts used Lock Washers????

My 82 FXRS has dual disks with countersunk screws. No lock washers.
