I could use some guidance. She runs, but I want to clean up the carb and I’m finding all kinds of stripped/missing pieces, etc. can y’all tell me what kind of air cleaner I’m dealing with(stock or aftermarket) and what kind of carburetor I have in there? Also what is a good source for things like the screws that hold the air cleaner on? Local hardware store was not helpful.

For starters it looks like a Mikuni HSR 42 possibly.. Depending on what else is in the motor it could also possibly be a HSR 45.. But is definitely a Mikuni..
The air cleaner could be Screaming Eagle judging by the filter element.. The A/C mount connects to the HSR with a rubber compliance fitting but it's held solidly in place with the Banjo Breather bolts that go into the cylinder heads.. I would take the breather hose that connects to the rear of the air cleaner housing and disconnect it from the housing and put it to atmosphere.. You really don't want the crap going back through the carb..
For the Banjo bolts Google part number 3577 or you can bet them here

If you're careful enough you can take the carburetor part without ruining anything and clean it up and put it back together and you should be all right you might have to Source the bowl gasket though..
