did all flh come from factory with the welded on running board tabs

I don't know on Evo's..thought boards mounted on a weldment on Frame..But, Don't gots one of them Heavy RubberGlides!!
On a Shovel?? Yup...In fact earlier on, all 4-speed frames had the board tab.

Why do you keep asking about these things?

In the past you’ve asked about them in threads you started not only on this forum but also on Harley Tech Talk. And it relates to confusion about your bike because you refer to it as a Low Rider even though you say the VIN on the frame and engine is 3G93+++J0.

Last month you started a frames thread on the Shovelhead board and again you mentioned something you call a VIN plate although on other occasions you refer to a compliance plate. And as usual I said you’re not going to get anywhere with this unless you post the photos and info we’ve asked for and/or unless you contact H-D. The latest post in that thread was by you when you said: ‘I’ll get my neighbour to take a pic of that plate and post it here’

What happened with your neighbour? Where is the picture of the VIN plate/compliance plate? And are those two plates one and the same?

And again, you’re not going to get anywhere with this unless you post the photos and info we’ve asked for and/or unless you contact H-D.
