Yes they did but they made them to Harley specs not to Champion specs and they were not as good.
Had a '68 bored and stroked BSA back in the old days.It was scary fast as light as it was.
I tried champion plugs and they would stop working in a couple days. Electrodes looked good , but would not fire. Went to NGK, and never had another problem.
IDK if there is an NGK for my '98 Ultra.
