Default Starter refurb

Hi Guys,
Back to my ‘99 evo fatboy.

From periodic to permanent whizzing from the starter I’m thinking the starter clutch replacement is a thing to from my own diagnostics.

Would any of you guys be able to direct me to the correct kit, Drag specialities parts are availble to me here in the UK.

I did search ronnies but no part number for the Start clutch and I am a bit nervous as we are on an Evo / Twin Cam change year…….did the same starter exist in the late Evos /early twin cams perhaps?
Thanks
Pic is simply for interest.
