Default answer to oil drip

94fxds
fabricated this small catch tank and 't' it into the back of the breather hose.

I needed a bigger catch can, I have alot of blowby, I used a small motorcycle oil filter, a plastic oil filter wrench for a cap, and just routed the hose to the "catch can". I change it out twice a year.

I have been usinga similiarsetup on my EVO's. I usually just dump it at every other oil change. I never quiet understood why Harley Engineers didn't come out with such a simple venting design. All they could have done was added the catch and added one more item to the maintenance section. Unless, it was another EPA regulation.

I would have prevented alot of pissed off customers when their expensive cycles were blowing oil down their right leg.
