Have you tried the K&N website?
Another possibility is looking in the K&N application chart at an auto parts store. The Kragen Auto Parts near me has a K&N section of filters with an application chart right there on the shelf with the filters. Maybe just asking the guy at the counter will get you the number too.
Or check at an indy motorcycle parts store.
I see a K&N ad right here on this website, click on it.
Good luck.

I'd try an indy shop in your area or you could call K&N Monday.
