Default Need help finding a 2 bolt sissy bar pad

I've got at 1993 softail custom and when I bough it, it had a Mustang seat (I think a square back or something). Any way it also had a sissy bar tht actually bolted to the rear fender with 3 bolts. The holes were directly into the rear fender and were covered by the passenger portion of the mustang seat if that makes sense. Anyway the pad for the sissy bar has a plastic backing with 2 bolts (one above the other) that attach to the sissy bar itself. Well this plastic broke out so I'm looking for a new sissy bar bad. Problem is every pad I can find either attaches to the bar with 3 bolts or has 4 mounting points. I'm need help finding a bad that attches with only 2 bolts. I would go to a totally different style sissy bar but my fender struts do not have any holes or bolts in them, they are totally smooth so I will have to stick with a sissy bar that bolts directly to the fender. Anyone know where I can find something like that?
