Oil leak!
I have 1999 evolution on \\;custom softail. When i am cruising along at 55-60 mph its great no leak or nothing. When i bring it to 65-75 mph or run it at higher than say 2500rpm it blows oil out somwhere and covers the bottom of the oil bag and down the right side of the bike. At first i thought it was somthing with the tranny. Thats not it. I am curious about crankcase/oil bag venting or somthing along that line. Any help would be great! Thanks in advance!

What air filter are you running sounds more like your building pressure up in the crank cases and its coming out the breathers. Make sure your crank case vent isnt blocked and where are the head breathers venting to ?

Hard to diagnose with your general discription of oil covering the right side of the bike. \\; It sounds like a bad rocker box cover. \\; They do warp. \\; Normally it is the middle one that goes bad. \\; Especially if you've got aftermarket covers. \\; Start the bike, run your hand around the rocker box covers. \\; If it's leaking you will feel the air pulsing out from where the boxes mate. \\; The reason that it's happen at that speed is that is when most of the oil is in the top end of the EVO. \\; It's pumping it up there faster than it can drain back past the umbrella seals. \\; I suffered through four years (and a half dozen new set of gaskets) of this, before I replaced the aftermarket rocker boxes with the Genuine HD stuff. \\; No leaks now. \\; No cure other than to replace the cover(s). \\; You can reseal them until the cows come home, and it most likely will not fix the leak. \\;
