rumble

When I am slowing down on my 99 Low Rider the bike goes through a vibration as though I were going across a rough area in the highway. Starts around 25/hour. Only on slow down. I have checked the brakes and tires. All "seem" to be OK. Anyone have suggestions to check. Thanks in advance.

My bike is a "rubber-mount" but it will do that if the belt is at a certain tension (little loose).

Check your motor mounts and primary chain tension also.

If you have spoke wheels probably a good idea to give them a tap/check for any loose ones. May not be the cause but good to check from time to time anyway.
