I would start with the enrichener. I had the very same problem and it was the enrichener staying out ( open ) a little and continuing to dump fuel into the cylinders. Always fouled the rear when cold.

I'm glad you mentioned that because the only time I blow a plug is when the enricher is on... It's finally warmed up and I've stopped using the enricher and have't had a problem since.
Is there anyway I can adjust how much fuel the enricher dumps?

No. But you can adjust the idle mixture screw to help with cold idle.
Generally speaking, the first 1/4 of travel is as much of a (designed) vacuum leak as an increse in fuel delivery. This is to keep the rpms up. The full out to 3/4 out on the enricher is where it really dumps it in.

You really do need to use it on a totally cold start - but just to get it to fire. Much better starting and easier on your engine (including base gasket issues) than dumping in fuel via the accelerator pump and high reving to keep it running. And, letting one sit and fast idle to warm up is not the best thing either.

Good to hear it was a simple "fix." Ride safe.

"stopped using the enrichener"? You need to use it for every cold start, and a lot of times even when the bike has been sitting as little as a half hour. For the reasons above.
And "fowling"? Is that like when you park it in a chicken coop? Fowl stuff like feathers can plug up the intake and cause plug fouling.
