Not only that but the prices on some stuff is going up in leaps and bounds. Bikers choice had a set of floorboards for $149.00 retail in the 2009 catalog. I ordered them for a customer and when they came in, they cost me $159.00 and the retail now was $219.00. Try explaining that to a customer.....
try ebay, you can get them pretty cheap there. wish they made them for my fxstc but they never did and not going to, but ive seen plenty of the for other models on ebay, and not to bad of prices.
I got chrome neck covers for my '84 FXRS about 6 yrs ago. I think they were from V-Twin. I used automotive door moulding on the (sharp) edges to protect tank paint and give it a finished look.
