Default *** grab

Any ideas how to keep my *** on my seat? I bought a Softail bobber with this rock-hard leather seat, which I love the looks of and want to keep, but I literally slide off the back of it on quick starts. I tried this tacky stuff I got at tack shop that you rub on the seat and it works good but only lasts about half a day. Any leather workers out there that have some tips? thanks

Damn. No briliant ideas, huh? I can't believe no one suggested assless chaps?

In all seriousness, could you build some sort of a ridge at the back of the seat that would blend in well?

Sounds like someone put something like Armor all on it to make it look better. You could try washing it wit saddlesoap a few times to remove any trace of it. But leather seats can be a little slippery. Hope this helps.

either hang on harder or stop taking off so quick. You could also modify it to add a stop to the back of the seat like a (headrest) butt stop.
