Default Diagnostic trouble code 16

I did the diagnostic check and it flashed a code 16. Does that pinpoint the problem or is it just telling me it's voltage related?

I am unsure what 16 code is but it is not your voltage levels if that is what you mean. In your manual(or the manual of a close friend) 16 will actually correspond to a circuit or system that is having issues. It may or may not be an electrical issue, For example: If you start your bike and let off on the start button to early, bike doesnt start and can actually spin the crank backwards on a compression stroke, well the crank sensor "sees" that and throws a code for cam/crank position....it happened to me....lol

I 'thought' 16 was battery level too low or too high. (Read that somewhere)

I found a page out of a manual (online search) that says 16 is "Battery positive voltage".
I don't have the manual to look into it deeper. The shop manual I have for my bike does not cover EFI. I guess that's cause the only 95 w/ EFI is the Anniversary Edition Ultra.

Battery voltage falls below the ecm set parameter while running, usually below 9 volts.
Causes: low battery drained at start-up, charging problem, loose cables (pos or neg), bad cables themselves, positive wire to ecm corrodid or loose in connector body. Start eliminating one at a time, good digital VOM is a weapon in problems like these and can monitor your voltage while running.

11 = Throttle position sensor

12 = Barometric pressure sensor

14 = Engine temperature sensor

15 = intake air temp. sensor

16 = battery positive voltage

23 = front injector

24 = front ign. coil

25 = rear ign. coil

32 = rear injector

33 = fuel pump relay

35 = Tachometer (doesn 't apply on FLHR/C-I)

41 = Crankshaft position sensor

42 = camshaft position sensor

44 = bank angle sensor

52, 53, 54, and 55 = ECM problems requiring new ECM

56 = Crank position sensor/Cam position sensor signal error
