Default A few pictures

Well, since it's 17 degrees outside here in central Mississippi and I can't do anything, I thought I'd share a few pics with you guys of my toys. The Bonneville Triumph is a 2004 model. The '89 Custom Softail is my wife's bike, and the Vette is a '77. The blue one is my '95 Ultra.

I've installed the ISO grips on my wife's Softail and the Triumph. Since neither bike has cruise control, I also installed the throttle boss on both grips. Makes long distance cruising a lot more comfortable. These grips also don't get sticky to the touch in the summer like some grips can.

All gorgeous vehicles! I had an '82 Vette... white with black pinstriping and a fastback rear window, the last year for the old "Coke bottle" body style. I loved it! Wish I still had it!

I put ISO Grips on my wife's bike, but she didn't like them because they were too big around for her. Got her a pair of Yammie chrome and black grips that she likes. Couldn't use the ISOs on my bike because hers is a metric, and didn't want to spring for another $80 for H-D ISOs.

In case anyone's interested, here's a pic of the anodized billet aluminum "billy club" grips from Hammer Custom Cycles I currently have on Bertha... since she's a Police bike, I thought these were kind of unique and cool...

Billy club grips. Now that's something you don't see every day. I like 'em. Cool!

Yeah! That's why I bought 'em... I've never seen another set like 'em, and they were the last pair that Hammer had. Got 'em about two years ago. They seemed appropriate on a former Police bike. They are hard aluminum, but with full gloves or shorties they are actually quite comfortable. I have one of those plastic throttle things strapped onto the right grip, which is nice for cruising. Kind of ruins the look on that grip tho...
