Default fluid capacities

I am in Florida for the winter and i left my service manual at home in frigid Michigan. I am due to change my oil, trans lube and primary lube. Could someone give me the amount of fluid needed for these on A 97 fhtc. Stock motor. Thanks in advance.

I looked these up in my shop manual for you, cuz the years vary:

Engine: 4 qts
Primary: 32 oz
Tranny: 20-24 oz.
