True story- went to look at a house for sale in 85. The old timer had passed away. The place was a mess upstairs, but downstairs...
in the laundry sink was a full working copper tubed still! And about 7 gallons of the good stuff on a shelf beside it.
in the adjacent room was a bullet reloading shop, with gunpwder and shells waiting to go. Lots of guns on the wall.
Poor old guy died in the middle of paradise!
