It is what it is ..... I agree, just change your signature and forget about it. This is still the best HD Forum from what I have found. Make a lot of friends on this site and get good opinions (some not so good).
I would have to agree....just change your signature. Seems pretty simple to me. I know your probably offended, however its not anything to do with what your about or who you are. Its the advertisers problem. Your side of the street is clean.
It would be a shame to allow someone else s problems to get in the way of a good time! I have enjoyed reading your posts and I can clearly see you have a lot of friends here. You might want to think about whats most important to you.....the way advertisers feel or the friendships that you have gained here on H.D. Forums!
Just putting this up to let anyone who may care that this will be my last post here.
All i ever tried to do was give good advice to those who needed or asked for it. But because i put my shop address in my signature, some vendor on here complained about me advertising. Ive never tried to sell or push parts on anyone here,i fully belive in supporting local buisiness, preferbly independent shops such as myself. I do not agree with the greed that is now involved with HD motorcycles. It is the main factor in the brotherhood of bikers being lost, and it also the problems we see with HD's Quality control now.
I have met some very good folks on here and i will leave my page active for a while, because ironically i have all my info there without issue,so if youd like to contact me youll be able to.Please feel free to email me or call for any advice you may need or want.As i feel we all have more to gain from helping one another than not.All that being said its been fun,and we will see on the open road.
Hey....don't let this run you away...just change your sig.
I have followed many of your threads with interest because I usually learn something.
HEll....I never even saw your shop address
I hope you reconsider.
I would think a moderator or web owner might stand between you & the whiner & make this crap stop! if they are threatened by your business than there is something wrong because the population on this board supports a lot of vendors.
Tell them to pound salt! JMHO!
Actually, it wasn't a moderator or a sponsor that made him pull his sig. It was me (Admin). He was given the chance to become a sponsor here at HDF but he chose to not follow the rules and just continue to post his sig like the paying sponsors get to do. Kinka like going into McDonalds and sitting down and eating from a Burger King bag. It wasn't very smart of him to start a thread crying about his woes here on HDF either.
