A new set of Hooker Darkside Rebels, they were a PAIN to install. The bracket that is bolted to the lower swingarm area seemed a little tweaked and getting everything lined up took a bit of work. I actually had to put some spacers between the bracket and the swingarm to get the pipes spaced right and not resting right against the tranny cover. All in all they SHOULD work out fine. They have pretty decent size baffels, I might not like the sound. They are removeable though...
The Kurykan sidemount license plate and brake light I initally wanted to run it on the left side but it was just too tight of a fit. So on the right side it went! I know the whole sidemount thing is kind of old but I have a new smooth rear fender going on so I had to do something. I've also got a pair of Alloy Art strut mount LED signals on the way to add to the smooth look of the rear.
I'll be selling my black chrome 3 wire red signals as soon as the LED come in and I decide they will work.
Nothing like putting your own heart into building your ride!!! Looks like way more than I could do. Nice job! P.S., I saw what it looked like at day one.
